Data deletion
Delete one end user's data, an app, or your whole workspace.
One end user
Call the server API with the SHA-256 of the id you passed to identify. Their analytics events are deleted. The current month's guided-user meter keeps only the hash until the month closes, for billing.
On the device, playstep.reset() (or PlayStep.reset() on Flutter) clears their progress and device id.
An app
Settings › Apps › Delete unpublishes its configs at once, then deletes its guides, versions, clips and analytics.
Your workspace
Owners can delete the workspace in Settings › Organization. Every app, guide, clip and member link is deleted and your subscription is cancelled. Invoices stay with Paddle for tax records.
